The subway was close by. The breakfast was very good. Room is definitely small but I really like the old architecture of the rooms and lobby.

The rooms are beautiful, the staff is exceptional, and a very nice breakfast is included. My room had a small entryway, parquet floor, elegant wood molding, handsome furnishings, fun light fixtures, a big mirror, a closet plus shelving, and plenty of electrical outlets. Small, but elegant bathroom with good ventilation. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned and tidied every day at no extra charge. Lovely, stylish lobby with fireplace and an espresso bar. Very convenient to Washington Square and NYU. Charming hotel with loads of character!

This is a beautiful, unique building. Very "olde world" european ambiance. The continental breakfast was excellent - far more interesting than i was expecting. Great food and lovely presentation.

The room was really cozy, and had a comfortable bed and a great shower. The vibe of the hotel is really nice, the restaurant and lobby area was nice to have drinks in the evening. The location was also really good, accessible to tons of public transit and also by foot if you want to walk. Lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood too!

The hotel lobby, restaurant/bar and the rooms are furnished in a very appealing classical style. Good choices for tasty breakfast (a la card). Hotel bar is open until late and is very stylish and inviting. Very friendly service.

I truly enjoyed staying at the marlton. If you once lived in the area of greenwich village this hotel should be a comfort to you. The location is absolutely perfect and close to all the entertainment, dining and parks. Although the rooms are small they are really not uncommonly sized for new york city. The real benefits are the comfortable beds, clean, quality linens and nice bathroom and amenities in each room. They also provide a nice continental breakfast and excellent drip coffee and tea offerings in the morning. I will definitely be back to stay at the Marlton again sometime soon.Thanks to such a nice staff too!!!

From arrival to departure the geniune hospitality and fantastic service was consistent. I arrived after midnight and was greeted warmly by Dino. His attentiveness was refreshing. The breakfast each morning was simple perfection. The Host, Nyima, never missed a moment making sure my dinning experience was pleasant. Naima also suggested the best lunch selections when I wasn't sure what I wanted. I wish I could name everyone so I will end here saying "Thank you to the entire Marlton team for your services and making my stay in NYC the best ever."
